Cellex Networks announced today the upcoming release of Version 2.0 of its product at the 3GSM exhibition in Barcelona

Bne Braq, Israel, Feb 2nd, 2006 - Cellex Networks Ltd. announced the release of Cellex Version 2.0. This version includes a set of new and exciting features, among them monitoring the quality of video streaming and in-depth diagnostics of the factors influencing its performance.

Cellex Networks will be exhibiting at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, 13-16, Feb. 2006 as part of the Israel Mobile Industries, at Hall 4, Level 1.

Cellex Networks Ltd. provides Service Assurance solutions for service providers and operators that address the growing complexity of converging mobile services. Cellex enables operators to improve service quality by providing an end-to-end view of all service components, using real-time problem diagnostics and root cause analysis. By employing intelligent prioritization of service failures, Cellex enables optimal management of engineering resources. Consequently, Cellex is turning the operators' revenue loss into profit.

"As mobile services become more complex, there will be an increase in quality problems and the revenue loss incurred by operators. This will create a demand for advanced services assurance solutions", said Doron Herzlich, CEO of Cellex Networks.

Cellex monitors and analyzes the quality of many mobile services. For this version, a new monitoring approach was developed by Cellex Networks to monitor and analyze the quality of video streaming in real-time to identify the source of problems that degrade the quality of video streaming received by the end users, and to fix it accordingly by the operators' engineering department
